When you take the time to stop and contemplate where your happiness arrives from, you soon realize that it comes from inside of you. Your inner light never goes out. And with awareness, it can continue to grow into more and more and bring you much serenity and peaceful calm.
 
As I travel on my journey to awareness, I have thoughts which I translate to the written context and occasionally a visual drawing as well. This book represents my past twelve months.
