A soulmate introduced me to Dr. Joe Dispenza meditations and books several years ago.
I had never meditated before in my life.
Reading his books and doing his meditations and understanding the process was a game changer for me.
​I have been meditating for years to help not only with my Depression and Anxiety, but to reveal my true inner self.
So often I meet someone who has never meditated and is interested but does not know where to start.
Here are some of the current guided meditations I am enjoying daily.
​I find a quiet time. I use Bluetooth headphones and my phone. I wear a sleep mask.

The first is 15 minutes 48 seconds.
The second is 21 minutes 19 seconds.
The third is 32 minutes 35 seconds.
The fourth is 50 minutes.

​
After meditating for a while, you will find the meditations which resonate with your inner being.
​Relax and enjoy the journey.
