A soulmate introduced me to Dr. Joe Dispenza meditations and books several years ago.
I had never meditated before in my life.
Reading his books and doing his meditations and understanding the process was a game changer for me.
I have been meditating for years to help not only with my Depression and Anxiety, but to reveal my true inner self.
So often I meet someone who has never meditated and is interested but does not know where to start.
Here are some of the current guided meditations I am enjoying daily.
I find a quiet time. I use Bluetooth headphones and my phone. I wear a sleep mask.
The first is 11 minutes 30 seconds.
The second is 15 minutes 48 seconds.
The third is 21 minutes 19 seconds.
The fourth is 32 minutes 35 seconds.
After meditating for a while, you will find the meditations which resonate with your inner being.
